3 minute Bean Dip

1.   1 can black beans, drained
2.  1 can Corn, washed and drained
3.  1 jar hot, med. or mild Mexican style salsa (preferably hot)
4.  1 cup finely chopped onions
5.  1 chopped fresh cilantro

·         Mix all the above ingredients above in a large bowl

To Serve:
Serve with Low-fat tortilla chips. Enjoy with a movie. If you want to make it a meal, add ¼ cup some rice and extra black beans and some finely chopped chilies, and some cheese. Wrap it in a tortilla and Enjoy!!
