Over Ripe Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 3 to 4 Bananas over riped
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream


Ice Cream Maker Steps:

Ø  Blend ripe bananas, sugar and milk until smooth

Ø  In the Ice Cream Maker add blended mixture and whipping cream

Ø  Run ice cream maker for 60 minutes

Ø  Scoop Out Ice Cream and let it chill in freezer - ready to be served


Without Ice Cream Maker:

Ø  Blend ripe bananas, sugar and milk until smooth – and chill

Ø  Make Whipped Cream with hand blender until peaks

Ø  Add the chilled milk mixture and mix gently until combined well. 

Ø  Chill in Freezer - ready to be served.
