10 minute Peanut Chutney


This is a fast forward version of peanut chutney. You will notice that it is also healthy, with oil used only for the tempering.

1.   Peanut – 1 cup
2.  Green Chili – 5 nos
3.  Salt – to taste
4.  coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
5.  Water- 1 cup

Tempuring
6.  1tsp Urad Dal
7.  1 tsp Mustard seeds
8.  few Curry leaves
9.  1-2 Dry chillies

Procedure:

1.   Evenly spread peanuts on the plate and microwave for 2 minutes.
2.  Grind the peanuts, green chilies, salt, coriander powder in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
Tempur with the above ingredients and serve with Idli, Dosa or whatever
